1. License & Permitted Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to download and use the Product for your personal and professional editing purposes.

You may use the preset to edit images for yourself or your clients, but you may not:

-Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or transfer the Product or any modified version of it.

-Claim the preset as your own.

-Include it in any free or paid bundle, giveaway, or other promotional offering.

2. Non-Refundable Purchase
Due to the digital nature of this Product, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued.

3. Intellectual Property
This Product and all associated materials remain the intellectual property of Kristie Lloyd Photography LLC. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

4. Technical Compatibility
It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your version of Adobe Lightroom before purchase. The preset is intended for use with desktop versions of Lightroom Classic Versions 7.3 or newer AND Lightroom CC. 

5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Kristie Lloyd Photography LLC, nor her heirs, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Product.

6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
